Shine on Me is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to the welfare and upliftment of underprivileged Christian minorities in Pakistan. Our mission is to support vulnerable and marginalized Christian families by providing both financial assistance and social support, enabling them to break free from the cycle of poverty.
We focus on empowerment rather than dependency. By equipping individuals and families with the right tools, skills, and guidance, we help them become self-reliant and independent instead of relying long-term on NGOs or government aid.

About the Founder and Team
Mr. Sohail Younas is a well-known Businessman in the import and export of Hosiery goods from Sialkot. He is also widely recognized as an Evangelist, Philanthropist, and social Worker, dedicated to serving underprivileged communities in the city of Sialkot and its surrounding areas.
The main Goal of the NGO is to equip individuals and families to help themselves by using their own talents and sources.
The Shine on Me team consists of 12 individuals, including Mr. and Mrs. Sohail Younas. Team members come from diverse professional backgrounds and contribute their skills and time on a purely voluntary basis. None of the team members receive financial benefits or profits for their services; all work is driven by a shared commitment to social welfare and community development.
How We Help
Shine on Me aims to support Christian individuals and families by helping them reactivate their resources and develop opportunities to become self-reliant. Our focus is on empowerment rather than dependency. We strongly believe in and support self-sustaining projects that enable individuals and families to achieve long-term independence.
Our Projects
1. School Education for You
To combat child labour and child marriage, we support children from underprivileged Christian families by providing school materials and covering school fees, ensuring access to quality education.
2. Fight Poverty
We address poverty through counseling services, micro-business support, computer training, language courses, and vocational training programs to enhance employability and income generation.
3. Women Empowerment
To empower young women, we offer skills-based training programs such as sewing, along with assistance to start home-based micro-businesses.
4. Persecuted Christians
We provide support to Christians facing discrimination, persecution, and social injustice, helping them navigate difficult circumstances with dignity and hope.
5. Interfaith Harmony
To promote peace and understanding among different communities, we organize and support interfaith events and youth seminars aimed at building bridges and fostering mutual respect.
